No. This is a cleaning service. Sanding, stripping old stain, and staining or sealing are not offered right now. If the deck needs to be refinished, cleaning is the first step but the refinishing would need to be handled separately.
Will pressure washing tear up my deck boards?
It can, if the pressure is too high. Decking is much softer than concrete and gets washed at lower pressure for that reason, so the boards do not gouge or come out fuzzy.
Can composite decking be cleaned?
Yes. Composite still collects pollen, dirt and algae film in the surface texture, and it cleans at low pressure.
How soon can the deck be used after?
Once it dries. That is usually a few hours depending on sun and humidity. Wet boards can be slick, so it is worth waiting.
